Veronica “Niki” Fielding is the founder and president of Digital Brand Expressions and the publisher of A Better Paradigm. 

DBE provides high-level search engine optimization for large companies and is pioneering search strategies for AI chatbots.

A Better Paradigm is an evolving platform linking companies that want to transform their business cultures to be more profitable by being more respectful with the resources that can help them do that. 

Her pathway to founding DBE 23 years ago included selling her first agency, United Multimedia, to Princeton Partners, Inc. where she was President of the Digital Marketing Division as well as the agency’s CMO.

Prior to founding United Multimedia, she was the head of Dow Jones Interactive’s private investor products group where her team created digital products and marketed them through emerging media channels.

She’s active in a variety of communities designed to facilitate peer to peer and mentoring support, including The Connective, NetworkWisePlus, Entreprenista, and ShiftCo.

She frequently provides informal coaching/consulting to other entrepreneurs and established senior leaders in major organizations.

Marc is the VP of Strategy and SEO/SAIO (Search AI Optimization) for Digital Brand Expressions (DBE).  He creates strategies and directs the activities of the integrated teams who implement them. He is highly valued by client teams across industry sectors for ensuring SEO and SAIO are fully aligned with the rest of clients’ marketing initiatives.

He also leads the analysis of program performance and ensures clients’ brands  are competitively advantaged for all valued KPIs.

Marc has over 25 years of success, leading strategy and analyzing results for major brands across consumer, B2B, and not-for-profit sectors, including a decade with major NYC agencies, He also served on the Board of Directors for SEMPO (the world’s largest search marketing organization) and was the VP of its Research Committee.

Marc is a frequent speaker on search marketing and analytics at top marketing conferences including Digital Summit, EConsultancy, Marketing Profs, DMA, eMarketing, and SMX, among others. He enjoys interacting with professionals at all levels of experience and is appreciated for his ability to tailor communication to optimize learning and information exchange.
