She began her professional career as a Senior Communication Coach at the world-famous IMG Academy campus, spending 8 years supporting the world’s most elite junior athletes alongside dozens of NFL, NBA, and MLB draft picks including Alex Smith and Russell Wilson. Blair’s continued contributions to the L&D field have also extended to the military community, where she has designed and delivered programs for military service members, spouses, caregivers, and veterans across all branches of the US Military, as well as partnering with organizations like the USO and Wounded Warrior Project.
