    Lydia Peddicord, SCMP

    Lydia Peddicord is Senior Manager, Internal Communications at GoDaddy, the company that empowers everyday entrepreneurs around the world by providing all of the help and tools to succeed online and in-person. She has been a member of IABC since 2020 and most recently served as Vice President of Membership (2021-2024). She’s a certified Strategic Communications Management Professional (SCMP) and is a recipient of an IABC Silver Quill Award of Merit (2023). She earned a Master’s in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson Univeristy and a Bachelor’s in English from Ithaca College.

    She’s passionate about internal communications and its impact on overall employee engagement. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading and traveling.

    Randy Wilson

    Randy Wilson is Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasury at The Shyft Group, a.leader in motor vehicle manufacturing. Randy has 15+ years of progressive Corporate Finance experience with The Shyft Group, Terex, Bank of America and IBM. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree manga cum laude in economics from St. Lawrence University and a MBA from the S.C. Johnson School of Business at Cornell University.

    In addition to serving as the Treasurer of the New York Tristate Chapter, he also serves in board leadership roles for the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Connecticut Westchester Chapter and St. Lawrence University Alumni Executive Council.

    Pinaki Kathiari

    Pinaki Kathiari is the CEO of Local Wisdom, a leader in digital communications, an international speaker on communications, and co-founder of Resource Hero.

    With over two decades of experience working with global Fortune companies, conglomerate interactive agencies, and startups; Kathiari has mastered audience aware-ness and employee engagement skills to boost brand reputation, sales, productivity, and quality. As a force in digital culture, Kathiari is very much driven by his ability to harness, mix and remix the collective wisdom in the room to create beautiful things and win-win scenarios.

    When he’s not doing all that; Pinaki enjoys spending time with his family, gaming, audiobooks, and honing his dj’ing skills.

    Kate Chechko is a Senior Manager of Internal Communications at GoDaddy, where she supports the company's Chief Technology Officer and technical community. She has been a member of IABC since 2023. Kate has 10+ years of experience working in internal communications in industries like healthcare, retail, and (most recently) software technology. Her interests include change management, crisis communications, executive communications, and employee recognition. 

    She received her Bachelor's in English with a focus on Rhetoric from Binghamton University in Vestal, NY, (go Bearcats!) and her Certificate of Change Management from Cornell University. 

    Outside of her day job, Kate has called the Jersey Shore home all her life and enjoys photography, music (listening to and playing it!), family, and gaming on the PC she built from scratch.

    Brianna Lara is Head of Community Management and Influencer Partnerships at Marc Nolan, a company that creates interesting shoes for interesting people. She leverages her expertise in social media marketing to grow brand engagement and forge lasting connections with influencers who align with brand values.

    She's earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Montclair State University. In her free time, she enjoys quality time with loved ones, binge-watching Netflix shows, or engaging in various creative activities like coloring, crocheting, and pottery.

    With a passion for bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences, Brianna embodies the spirit of community building both in and out of the office.
