Grace Nuñez is a seasoned media and communications strategist with a unique perspective on the art of storytelling. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Broadcast Journalism from Gonzaga University and has spent over a decade in the media and communications industry.
She began her career as a multimedia journalist, shooting, writing, and editing her own stories while also working as a fill-in anchor. She later became the 5 p.m. news producer, synthesizing a full day's worth of local, national, and international news into a cohesive 30-minute broadcast.
Transitioning into public relations, Grace served as a Media & Communications Specialist for the City of Sacramento, acting as a spokesperson in the City Manager’s Office, focusing on the Public Works and Youth, Parks & Community Enrichment departments.
Most recently, she worked in corporate healthcare communications as a Communication Manager for Providence, specializing in internal communications, media relations, and strategic communication planning and execution. Now, as the founder of Good News Grace LLC, a communications consulting company, she is passionate about amplifying meaningful stories and helping organizations connect with and leverage earned media in impactful ways.
